At Bizarre Studio, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If a duplicate charge occurs due to a processing error, if we fail to meet your special requirements, or if we are unable to deliver your order as per our Delivery Policy, a refund may be issued according to the terms below.

Refunds Will Be Provided If:

  • The initial concept, idea, or draft is disapproved.

  • No revisions have been requested on the initial proposal.

  • You can provide proof that any submitted draft or content was plagiarized or stolen from a third party.

Refunds Will Not Be Provided If:

  • You have chosen a special or custom package.

  • The primary design concept or draft has already been approved.

  • You have requested revisions.

  • The cancellation is for reasons unrelated to Bizarre Studio.

  • No communication has been established with Bizarre Studio for more than 2 weeks after the project start.

  • Our policies have been violated.

  • Another company or designer has been engaged for the same or similar project.

  • The creative brief lacks essential information.

  • A complete redesign or makeover is requested.

  • The claim exceeds the refund request timeframe.

  • The client’s business is closing, relocating, or rebranding.

  • The reason for cancellation is based on personal preference (e.g., “change of mind,” “change of heart,” or internal disagreements).

  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one part of the bundle, the refund will apply only to that specific service, not the entire bundle.

  • No refund requests will be entertained after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • For websites and applications: refunds are not applicable once the design is approved and development has begun.

  • For animations or videos: refunds are not applicable once the concept is approved or revisions have been requested.

  • Refunds are not applicable after websites have been developed and uploaded on test domains/live domains, or after videos have been uploaded to platforms (e.g., YouTube or client’s hosting).

  • In such cases, Bizarre Studio will only provide troubleshooting (if the client has subscribed to support services).

Refund Request Process

To claim a refund, please ensure the following steps are followed:

  1. Submit your refund request in writing, clearly stating the concern.

  2. Our team will first attempt to resolve the concern through our Revision Policy.

  3. If unresolved, we will confirm your eligibility and provide written approval of the refund.

Ownership & Design Rights After Refund

Once a refund has been issued:

  • All rights to the designs, concepts, drafts, and solutions will transfer back to Bizarre Studio.

  • You will no longer have the right to use, display, or claim ownership of any work created by us.

  • Bizarre Studio reserves the right to reuse, resell, or repurpose the refunded designs.

  • To maintain legality, copyright details of refunded designs may be registered with relevant authorities to prevent their reuse as “original” work in the future.

Disclaimer

After a refund has been processed, the client forfeits all rights to any designs, drafts, applications, animations, or related media created by Bizarre Studio. All materials will be considered the intellectual property of Bizarre Studio and cannot be reused by the client under any circumstances.
